How to donate used books

ut donations in the Friends Used Book Drop, near the drive-up window on the west side of the Main Library. (The Used Book Drop is not available on major holidays. See the Library holiday schedule.)

 Small quantities (one or two books) can be brought to the Friendshop at the Main Library.

 For large donations that will not fit in the bin, please ring the Delivery doorbell.

 For very large quantities, please call Peg Gaabo (363-9634) to make arrangements.

We cannot accept any of the following:

 Encyclopedias more than 10 years old

 Reader's Digest condensed books

 Textbooks or technical books

 Magazines

 Anything in poor condition. Please do not store your books in a garage or basement as they may get moldy or pick up odors
