Get/Renew a Library Card

The library’s policies determine eligibility for a West Bloomfield Township Public Library card and access level.

This form allows existing library cardholders to request that their card be renewed. Residents of West Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Orchard Lake and Sylvan Lake may request a new library card. You can expect to hear back from a library staff member within 24 hours. This form also allows K-12 students enrolled in public schools located within the library’s legal service area to apply for a library card. The submission of this form assumes consent from a parent or legal guardian. Please allow up to seven days for your request to be processed.
