Book Groups

Book Group Kits

Book group kits are loaded with everything your book group needs for a memorable book discussion. Each kit includes ten copies of a book, a reading guide to help stimulate lively discussion, reviews of the book from a variety of sources, biographical information about the author, and a copy of The Reading Group Book.

To check out a book group kit, groups must first register with the library as a West Bloomfield community book group. A member of the group who is a West Bloomfield library cardholder can then check out a book group kit. Kits can be checked out for up to six weeks. Kits may be reserved up to one year in advance. A cardholder is limited to checking out two kits at the same time. Kits cannot be renewed.

For your convenience, most Book Group Kit titles are also available in additional formats, including eBook, eAudiobook, and book on CD.
