Summer Reading Program
Saturday, June 6 – Friday, August 7
Track your time spent reading and completing challenges to earn rewards!
Your whole family is invited to participate. Local students and residents of West Bloomfield, Keego Harbor, Sylvan Lake, and Orchard Lake are eligible to enroll with their West Bloomfield Library Card. Enroll on the Beanstack app or website. Preregistration begins Tuesday, May 26.

Read For Rewards
Track your time spent reading and completing challenges to earn rewards, including digital tickets for themed basket drawing!
Tote Bag
All participants who sign up for the program earn a new bag to hold their library books.
Free Book
Participants under age 18 can earn up to 5 books to keep by meeting reading milestones!
Treasure Chest
When you reach half your reading goal, visit either branch to choose a reward from the treasure chest.

Log time spent reading to meet reading goals for your age group! Plus, earn bonus rewards just for registering and completing activities.

Reading Achievement Awards
Do you have what it takes to complete the Summer Reading Program? Finish the final goal to claim your reward. Rewards vary by age.
Plushie
A triceratops plushie is a final reward for birth through grade 5!
Dino Grabber
This dino grabber also doubles as a bubble wand! Available as a final reward for K-5.
Medal
A collectable medal is available as the final reward for teens & adults.
Digital Tickets
Earn 5 digital tickets for each reading goal you meet AND 1 digital ticket for each Activity you complete! Submit your digital tickets toward themed basket drawings on Beanstack. Different baskets are available for each age group. Watch the tutorial below to see how to submit your digital tickets.
